Refund policy

 

There are NO returns on BODY BUTTERS.

Requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the customer support team first.

We are unable to refund original shipping costs. Customer is also responsible for return shipping. 

Exchanges will be eligible for a $15 restocking fee. Email abenasun@etherealglowllc.com for exchange directions.

Items worn are NOT eligible for an exchange. 

If the item(s) don't satisfy you, only return exceptions will be refunded via store credit ONLY.
