Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

All items will be processed within 5-7 business days after ordering. 

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking info will update in the mail carrier's system, and you are able to view your tracking information. You may contact the mail carrier with any questions about the status of your packages.

 Ethereal Glow L.L.C. is not responsible for any orders that may have been mishandled or lost by any mail carriers. We will however assist you with finding a resolution with the mail carrier!

 Any pre-order items may take up to 30 days to process.

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our staff is small and do not work on those days. 

NTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
